We also handle the receipt, storage, and notification of parcels and mail for residents. As the first point of contact, we provide helpful information and assistance to residents and visitors, answer calls, and address their needs. We document and report incidents or issues to property management, ensuring detailed records are maintained. Additionally, we educate residents and guests about the condominium’s policies to uphold high community living standards.
